Wrestling Wednesdays: the biography of the Road Warriors

Among wrestling tag teams, no one in history did more or rose to the fame of the legendary Road Warriors, Hawk and Animal. They may not have been the most decorated tag team in history (that is almost certainly Team 3D), but they did more to keep the art of tag team competition alive and well well in to the 90s.

Michael “Hawk” Hegstrand died in 2003, but his partner lived on. Now the retired Joe “Animal” Laurinaitis teams with co-writer Andrew William Wright to craft his autobiography and with it the definitive biography of the world’s greatest tag team (with apologies to Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin).

Super-Powered Comics: Static Shock Special

DC paid tribute to the late great Dwayne McDuffie in the Static Shock Special.
