This time around I wrap up with my reviews of Bound For Glory 2009 and 2010, which of course led in to an almost great Bound For Glory this year.

This year’s edition started out great. A solid X-Division match and great performances in the RVD/Jerry Lynn and Bully Ray/Mr. Anderson matches seemed to point to great things for 2011. Unfortunately things started to derail with an overbooked Knockout match and an absolute waste of AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels in an I Quit match. Sting versus Hulk Hogan proved to be far better than it had any right to be, but the show really derailed with a lackluster main event that ended in the ultimate anti-climax for the biggest event of the year.
It is actually kind of sad. That marks both major companies scarring their event of the year with an atrocious finish.
