TV: Arrow gets Huntress and John Barrowman

The CW’s Arrow debuts on October 10, but it already has several new DC characters in the works. John Barrowman will be a recurring unnamed character in the show with conjectures ranging from Deathstroke to Count Vertigo.

Meanwhile, Australian actress Jessica DeGouw will join the cast as Helena, a character based on the post-Crisis version of Huntress.
